A body that can keep up with the life you want to live

You are not just a sore back, a stiff neck or a list of symptoms. At Back to Living, we look at how your spine, nervous system, movement, stress and everyday life are working together, so we can help you move beyond short-term relief and towards greater strength, resilience and confidence in your body.

You do not have to wait until things are unbearable

Some people come to us because pain is stopping them sleeping, working, training or enjoying family life. Others simply know they are not functioning as well as they could. They feel stiff, depleted, less capable or less like themselves.

Wherever you are starting from, we will listen carefully, assess thoroughly and help you understand what may be getting in the way. Then we will recommend a clear, personalised path forward.

More than chasing the sore spot

Pain matters, but it is not the whole story. Your nervous system constantly takes in information, responds to your environment and coordinates how your body moves and adapts. When that system is under strain, the effects can show up in many ways.

Our chiropractors take the time to understand your health history and assess how your body is moving and functioning. This may include checking your movement, balance, reflexes and how your nervous system is responding. Where appropriate, we can also take X-rays on-site. Together, these checks help us build a clearer picture of what may be contributing to your concerns and give us a starting point to measure your progress over time.

Our approach

We think about health through three connected areas: how your body moves and functions, the physical and chemical demands placed upon it, and the way stress and your internal state affect your whole system. Chiropractic care sits at the centre of what we do, supported when appropriate by targeted exercise, functional nutrition and practical strategies for recovery and resilience.

Pain relief may be where we begin. Better adaptability is the bigger goal.

Care for real people
and real lives

  • Busy professionals who need their body and brain to keep performing
  • Parents and families who want proactive, natural healthcare
  • Active adults and athletes who want to move well and stay capable
  • Women navigating pregnancy or changing health demands
  • People who are tired of managing the same problem again and again

What your first steps look like

  1. We listen. Your history, your concerns and what you want to get back to all matter.
  2. We assess. Your spine, movement, nervous-system function and relevant health factors are thoroughly checked by us.
  3. We explain. We talk you through what we found, what it may mean and what we recommend.
  4. We measure progress. Our care doesn’t rely only on guesswork or how you felt on one particular day
