Our Approach
We start with the whole person
That is why we begin with questions and assessment, not assumptions.
The nervous system is central
Chiropractic adjustments are our primary clinical tool for improving spinal movement and sensory input. Care may also include specific exercises, movement retraining and practical lifestyle support, depending on what we find and what you need.

The Triad of Health
We look at three connected influences on health: structural and biomechanical function, chemical and nutritional inputs, and mental and emotional stress.
These do not operate in separate boxes. A demanding season at work may change sleep and recovery. Poor movement may reduce confidence and activity. Nutrition may affect energy and resilience.
We do not assume chiropractic care is the answer to everything. We use the Triad of Health to think more broadly, stay within our scope and help you identify the next most useful step, including referral to another health professional when appropriate.
Measured, personalised and explained
Your recommendations should make sense to you. We explain what we have found, why it may matter, what we recommend and how we will review progress. Where useful, we use objective assessment technology, movement measures, postural assessment and X-rays to support clinical decision-making and give us a baseline for comparison.
